Real-time Weather app dashboard using Flask and OpenWeatherMap API. Includes user email notifications. The user gets the current weather, 5 days forecast and next hourly forecast for rain previson. An interactive graph of the temperature and wind (min, max and avg) forecast is displayed.

By modeling dynamic income and investment scenarios, the app transforms static projections into a real-time "What-If" explorer, allowing users to see exactly how shifting their savings rate or market returns impacts their timeline to wealth.
